Early Bird Deadline: October 1, 2009

Members and Non-Members: $70 (add $10 if you would like a t-shirt to wear on the Pub Crawl)

Regular Deadline: October 8, 2009

Members and Non-Members: $80 (add $10 if you would like a t-shirt to wear on the Pub Crawl)

Travel Information

• Students are responsible for their own travel expenses
• There is underground parking available at the hotel

Accomodations

• Four Points Sheraton (1496 Hollis Street, Halifax NS, B3J 3Z1)
• Rooms are blocked off from October 22-24 for the conference at a special rate of $135/night
• Check in is at 1500h and check out is at 1200h

Social Events and Points of Interest

• After the speakers on October 23, there will be a wine and cheese social event, followed by a party East Coast-style at the Alehouse with some great local talent!
• Following conference events on October 24, there will be a semi-formal dinner including closing ceremonies. After that, we will hit the town up on a Downtown Halifax Pub Crawl where we'll be going to the city's best bars and clubs!

• T-shirts are $10: Please include in the registration fee and indicate what size t-shirt you would like (S-XXL). This will be your only opportunity to get one.
