Men’s Caucus Chair - Raymond Parcels

My name is Raymond Parcels and I am a third year student at the University of New Brunswick. I wanted to join the CNSA to be exposed to more ideas and experiences within the nursing community and meet amazing people. In my year as Chair of the Men’s caucus I hope to increase representation of men in nursing at schools across Canada to help remove stigmas around men entering nursing and create a platform for students across the county to be able to engage in conversation with each other to address cultural barriers and obstacles in practice that make nurses experience to better help support each other.
