National Conference Coordinator - Yvette Jalibu
Hello, my name is Yvette Jalibu I am a 3rd year nursing student attending the University of Regina/Saskatchewan Polytechnic, Saskatchewan Collaborative Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program. My motivation to run for the National Conference Coordinator stemmed from my adoration for the beauty of the prairies. This inspired me to want to showcase this diversity of the culture, land, people, and healthcare system of the prairies.
My position as the NCC is not only planning the next CNSA conference, it includes sharing the tales and messages of the labour in healthcare that has been done in the prairies.Aside from being an NCC, i have numerous aspirations for my future as a nurse. My hopes after completing my Bachelors of Science in Nursing are to explore different sectors of the field of nursing. I also have aspiration of recieving my Masters of Science in Nursing degree and work as a Nurse Practitioner. I look forward to what this year holds as the NCC.
